2-3 meetings to get to know the vision

Walk through at venue to go over all the details
Confirm all Contracted Services with vendors
Contact with Photographer to make sure they get all the pictures you want!
Distribute final payments and gratuities needed to vendors
Event Coordinator for up to 10 hours of your event (additional hours can be added)
Services provided from 2 months of your party

Meetings to get the vision of the couples ideal wedding
Keep the family involved in the whole process with timely checkins
Provide Vendor Recommendations (Venue/Makeup Artists/Hair Stylists/Photography/Videography/Florist/Baker/ Calligrapher)
Set up appointments with Venues/Vendors
Be there with you at appointments to help you go through the decision making process
Assist in planning the Rehearsal Dinner/making sure Bridal Party is there on time/making sure everyone knows where to go and is comfortable
Assist with assembly of wedding invitations
Assemble welcome bags for the hotel
Assist/Give Ideas for bridal party and parent gifts
Wedding Day Coordinator for FULL DAY of your event
